This policy explains what personal information Avor Health ("Avor Health", "we", "us") collects through avorhealth.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

You give us:

Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address when you order.
Payment details, which go straight to our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send to support, reviews, photos, and tester program applications.
Your email or phone number if you sign up for offers.

Collected automatically when you visit:

Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta.

Health-related information: we do not ask about your health. If you tell us about your knees in an email, a review or a tester application, we use it only to answer you, to run the tester program, or to publish the review you chose to post.

How we use it

To take payment, send your order, and handle returns and the guarantee.
To answer your questions.
To send order emails, and marketing emails or texts if you signed up. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the site is used and fix problems.
To show our ads to people likely to be interested, and measure whether they work.
To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the store for us: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, our email and text platform, our review app, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide their service.
Advertising platforms, such as Meta and Google, through pixels and cookies. Under some state laws this counts as sharing for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below.
Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
A buyer of the business, if Avor Health is sold or merged.

We do not sell your name, email or order history to data brokers.

Your choices

Marketing: unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text.
Cookies and targeted ads: use the cookie banner or the "Your privacy choices" link in the site footer. We honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as an opt-out.
Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@avorhealth.com with the subject "Privacy request". We verify your identity by confirming details from your order, and we reply within the time your state's law sets. You can appeal a decision by replying to our answer. We will not charge you more or handle your orders differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, seven years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support messages are kept for seven years.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and our platform providers encrypt payment data. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
