These terms apply when you visit avorhealth.com or buy from it. The site is run by Avor Health, a the United States limited liability company ("Avor Health", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and ordering for delivery to a US address. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

2. Health information on this site

Avor is a heated massager for relaxing warmth and temporary relief of minor aches and stiffness. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here replaces advice from your doctor. Where we describe published research, we are describing what that research found, not results from testing Avor. Read the safety instructions before use, and ask your doctor first if you have any condition listed there.

3. Products, prices and sales

We try to describe products and show prices accurately. If we find a pricing or description error on an order, we contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Sale prices apply until the end time shown on the site. After that, prices return to the regular price.
We may limit quantities per order or per household.
Colours and details in photographs may differ slightly from the product you receive.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to the address. If we do, we refund anything you paid.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping, returns and the guarantee

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and the 90-day guarantee are covered by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Reviews and things you send us

If you post a review, it must describe your own honest experience with a product you have used.
If you received a product free or received anything else in return for a review, you must say so, and we label it on the site.
We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative, provided they follow these rules. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information about someone else, spam, or content unrelated to the product.
By posting a review or sending us photos, you let us show that content on our site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial, without payment. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

7. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Avor Health or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, scrape it at volume, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for injury caused by our negligence.

10. Warranty

Products come with the 90-day guarantee described in our Refund policy and a 12 months warranty against defects in normal use. Any warranty implied by law lasts only as long as the law requires.

11. Disputes

If you have a problem, email support@avorhealth.com first and give us 30 days to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. ## 12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
