Orders from avorhealth.com are sent by Avor Health ("Avor Health", "we", "us").

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. Standard shipping only

When it leaves us

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day leave us within 1 to 2 business days business days. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend or on a public holiday, start processing the next business day.

When it arrives

Most orders arrive 5 to 12 business days business days after they leave us. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, and carriers slow down in November and December.

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner. A pair or a gift pack may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

We email your tracking link when your order leaves us. If it has not arrived within 3 to 4 business days business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot send your order within the time we stated, or within 30 days where no time was stated, we email you before that time passes. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it if the order has not left us. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we reship it once at no charge, or refund you if you prefer.

Lost or missing parcels

Email us if tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or if it shows delivered and you cannot find it. Please check with neighbours and around the property first. Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund once the carrier confirms the loss, usually within 30 days business days.
